Frank Halai joined Wasps ahead of last season, adding international experience and even more firepower to a backline that boasts some of the most exciting talent in the Aviva Premiership.
Halai enjoyed a successful first season in a Wasps shirt, playing 25 times and scoring 12 tries.
Halai, who was born in Tonga, scored a try on his All Blacks debut against Japan in 2013. He made his Super Rugby debut for the Blues earlier that year, against the Hurricanes, and ended the season as the competition’s leading try scorer.
The 29-year-old, who previously played for Waikato in the ITM Cup, has also represented New Zealand 7s, scoring 30 tries in 33 games.
Followers of Super Rugby will already have been familiar with the exploits of Frank “The Tank” Halai who joined up with Wasps following 39 appearances for the Blues in Super Rugby.
