Guy Armitage to join Ealing
Wasps confirm that Guy Armitage will leave the club and join Ealing Trailfinders when his contract expires at the end of the current campaign.
Since joining Wasps prior to the start of last season the 26-year-old centre has been seen 11 times in all competitions, scoring four tries.
These appearances have been at centre and on the wing, with the highlight being his brace of tries against Newcastle Falcons in the Anglo-Welsh Cup.
Director of rugby Dai Young said:
“Everyone at Wasps wishes Guy well for next season at Ealing and in his subsequent career.
“Unfortunately for him, Guy’s opportunities have been limited by the form our backline has shown over the last two seasons.
“But despite this he has been a valued member of the wider squad and has never let us down when called upon.
“I’d like to thank Guy for his contribution during his time with us and convey best wishes for the future.”
